Eligibility
If you'd like to return or exchange a bag, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Message us on WhatsApp at +254 791 550 414 or email shallinemnagi@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we'll confirm your refund or exchange. Delivery fees for returns are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, or that show signs of use, cannot be returned or exchanged.
